OPT OUT OF TRAINING THE LINKEDIN A.I.
I was today years old when I learned my content was being used by LinkedIn to train A.I. models, not only for LinkedIn itself, but for external models as well, such as ChatGPT by Open AI.
Needless to say, I was less than thrilled with that prospect, given the type of content I share regularly on LinkedIn.
Although it's not exactly clear what content they're using or how they're using it, it's still something I'm not currently interested in participating in.
By the way, if you're in the European Union, you've been excluded by default thanks to regulations and protections already in place in the E.U.
The good news for those of us outside of the E.U., you can turn it off!
